Evan and Katie Jones have long been entrenched in the world of art. Evan, in his dedication to his continuing artistic practice and Katie in a 10-year stint at a fine art gallery in Atlanta. Over the years, both saw a need. A need for an art space that wasn’t constrained by the idea of what a gallery should or shouldn’t be. A need for a gallery that molded itself into a shape other than a white cube. That’s when a different shape began to evolve in their minds. It was the shape of a home. A home for artists to be nurtured, not just displayed. A home for collectors to feel like they’re chatting with old friends, not intimidated or pressured. A home where anyone who feels disconnected or craves a return to something real can find genuine connection.
